Job Requirements are: at least one year in the health care / home health field with the proper, current licensure or certification for the position for which you're applying. Two professional references are also required. You must also be able to travel within one or more of these areas: Gwinnett, Dekalb, Fulton, Northeast & GA Mountains

CNA Requirements:

• Current CNA Certificate
• TB Skin Test (Maximum 6 months old)
• Chest X-Ray (Maximum 6 month old)
• Current CPR Card
• Criminal background check (maximum 40 days old)

RN & LPN Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) & LPN License
• TB Skin Test (Maximum 6 months old)
• Chest X-Ray (Maximum 6 month old)
• Current CPR Card
• Criminal background check (maximum 40 days old)
